Woman and children programs
Our Social Work Department is committed to creating a profound and lasting impact on the lives of women and children, with a focus on their empowerment and overall well-being. Through a range of thoughtfully designed programs, we address the unique needs of these groups, fostering a supportive environment for growth and development. For children, we celebrate Children’s Day with creative activities such as drawing competitions, offering them a platform to showcase their talent. Our medical camps ensure their health is consistently monitored, Routine early intervention screening
programs are regularly conducted to focus on detecting developmental challenges early, ensuring timely support and care. These initiatives help build a strong foundation for healthier, more fulfilling childhoods, ensuring children from all walks of life have access to essential resources.
For women, we offer empowerment programs that provide vital education on women’s rights, health, and personal development. Our cancer detection camps raise awareness of breast and cervical cancer, promoting early detection and proactive health management. We also conduct postpartum psychosis classes to assist new mothers in understanding mental health challenges post-childbirth, and antenatal classes to prepare expectant mothers, ensuring they are informed and confident as they embrace motherhood.
To strengthen family bonds, we provide family counseling services, helping families resolve conflicts, improve communication, and foster unity. Through these comprehensive initiatives, we create an environment of care, support, and empowerment, enabling women and children to overcome barriers and lead healthier, more empowered lives. At Nirmala Medical Centre, we believe that investing in women and children is an investment in the future of society.
